An expansion of the Warhol Foundation’s Regional Re-granting program, the Verdant Fund supports creative practice born of and within Alabama. The Verdant Fund hopes to extend immediate relief to artists, aid in artist retention in the state, and deepen the network among people in creative practice.
In 2023, Dashboard worked closely with the Alabama Contemporary Art Center to provide program support for the Verdant Fund, and the remarkable group of local, regional, and national artists & art administrators who served as the grant reviewers.
