Lisa Flick Wilson

Lisa Flick Wilson loves to help draw out and illuminate possibilities to address the most challenging of problems. Grounded in equity and inclusion, Lisa thrives on helping individuals, organizations and companies thrive. She does her best work when she gets to inject optimism into problem-solving, support culture change by maximizing strengths, make tables larger to include more voices, and arrange complex moving parts in ambiguous situations into a clear plan forward.

Erin Krinsky
Founder, Attorney - Krinsky Legal

Board Co-Chair

Erin is a second generation Atlanta native, who focuses her practice on representing individuals and corporate entities in a broad range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. Her experience includes representing employers and individuals before state and federal administrative agencies. In addition to her focus on employment law, Erin assists individuals and corporate clients in all matters of litigation.

Deanna Murphy
AICP, Principal – Sizemore Group

Board Member

Deanna Murphy is an urban designer, planner, and architectural designer who works to enhance our cities through community-oriented place-making and sustainable design. Deanna has worked as a designer and planner in the private, non-profit, and public sectors over the past 16 years. Currently, she is the Director of Planning at Sizemore Group, where she leads planning and architectural projects throughout the region.

Eric Gabbai
Senior Manager – International Tax, Grant Thornton LLP

Board Member

Eric leads a International Tax Services practice in Atlanta. He works extensively with large U.S.-based multinationals and foreign owned inbound U.S. corporations. In addition, Eric works with closely held businesses engaged in global business activities.

 

Lauren Jackson Harris
Co-Founder – Black Women in Visual Art

Board Member

Lauren Jackson Harris is an independent curator and art consultant from Atlanta, GA. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design and Art History from Howard University and her MA in Creative Leadership from SCAD. In 2019, she co-founded Black Women in Visual Art, an organization that connects, cultivates, and serves Black women arts professionals.

Emily Pidgeon
Project Manager – Hybrid Design

Board Member

Emily Pidgeon is an Atlanta native and a longtime advocate for the arts community. She currently works as a project manager for Hybrid Design - a San Francisco-based design studio. Before this, she held the same position at Dashboard, and is proud to now serve as a board member, enabling her to continue supporting Dashboard's work in new ways.

Michael J. Cooper
Head of Portfolio Management and Trading – Firstline Securities Limited

Board Member

An avid supporter of culture and the arts in the US as well as in his native Trinidad and Tobago, Michael J. Cooper brings two decades of experience from the financial sector to bear from his bases in New York City and Port of Spain. He currently serves as Head of Portfolio Management and Trading at Firstline Securities Ltd, where he stewards investments for a range of institutional and individual clients across the Caribbean.

Quynh Pham
Associate, Urban Designer – Lord Aeck Sargent Planning & Design

Board Member

Quynh is a multi-disciplinary designer with a passion for serving communities through mindful and holistic design and engagement; she practices at the intersection of landscape architecture, city planning, and architecture. Deeply shaped by her identity and experience as a second-generation Vietnamese American, Quynh aims to promote equity within the communities she works and within the profession itself. She serves on both local and national committees for the American Society of Landscape Architects.

 

Esther Orudiakumo
Chief of Staff to the CEO – System

Board Member

Esther Orudiakumo has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, Esther is Chief of Staff to the CEO at System, a Public Benefit Corporation . 

Before joining System, Esther was employee #1 at Lightning AI (previously Grid AI)  in 2020 as an Operations Lead. Esther also has extensive experience in risk management and capital markets, and worked at BNP Paribas, Scotiabank, and Goldman Sachs.

Earlier in their career, Esther worked at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Operations Analyst from 2016 to 2018, and as an Operations Analyst from 2014 to 2016. Esther also had internships at the D.C. Mayor's Office on African Affairs and the University of Maryland in 2012.

Esther Orudiakumo has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.

Maggie McDaniel
Director of Communications – Stripe Theory

Board Member

Maggie McDaniel is the Director of Communications at Stripe Theory, an Atlanta-based, data-driven, integrated marketing and communications agency. With a strategic and creative approach to public relations, Maggie has established a reputation for excellence in the field. In April 2019, this expertise was recognized when Maggie was named one of the top 40 Under 40 PR professionals in Georgia by PRSA Georgia.

Specializing in traditional public relations, corporate communications, and crisis and reputation management, Maggie excels in developing impactful and unique campaigns for clients across various industries, including tech, real estate, consumer brands, banking, and transportation. As a dedicated leader, Maggie fosters innovation within the agency, guiding the team towards success and mentoring colleagues to achieve their full potential.

In addition to Maggie's professional achievements, she has participated in Georgia Forward's Young Gamechangers program in 2019. Collaborating with 44 other professionals, Maggie contributed to a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing Monroe/Walton County. This effort culminated in a detailed report presented to community leaders, offering strategies to attract new businesses and millennials to the area.

An active member of the Public Relations Society of America’s Georgia chapter, Maggie currently sits on the chapter's board of directors as the College Relations board liaison. Maggie's commitment to the field of public relations and community engagement continues to drive her professional journey, marked by innovation, leadership, and a passion for impactful communication.
