Launched by ESPRONCEDA Institute of Art & Culture, the IMMENSIVA residency invited artists across the globe to participate in a local, 2-week interconnected residence via a VR platform supported by a local mentor, and a final 3-4 week residence all together in Barcelona during Summer 2021.

The residency was an international collaboration by the following partners: MEET Digital Culture Center, IRCAM, Aalto Studios, V2, Helsinki XR Center, ./studio3, KARMA Lab, UCA, Updated Art Studio, Hard Disk Museum, and Dashboard as the U.S. partner hosting artists in ATL, NYC & LA.
