EXCHANGE

Exchange was an installation of wall and free-standing sculptural objects depicting the absorption and subtle elimination of a native culture through assimilation and economic manipulation. Although this installation particularly addressed the Native American ethos, it also referred to the more general concept of the inequitable exchange that delimits our modern culture.
